Why this page existsSo you can see exactly what this part of a room does, and what it will not do, before you set one up.
The short answer
Most steps of the pathway carry a worksheet: the comps you found and how you adjusted them, the market read, the projects you decided to do and skip, the description draft and the posts that go with it, the fact sheet, and who you chose to run the closing. That is where your notes live: inside the step, next to the guide that asked for them.
What it does
Most steps of the pathway carry a worksheet: the comps you found and how you adjusted them, the market read, the projects you decided to do and skip, the description draft and the posts that go with it, the fact sheet, and who you chose to run the closing. That is where your notes live: inside the step, next to the guide that asked for them.
The room offers what it already knows into empty fields (the price from intake, the year built) and offers what it looked up (your parcel record, schools, nearby sales, with sources). Nothing lands until you press "Put these in for me".
The worksheets compile into your sale sheet: a real listing page with the address and price standing on the photo, the pitch, the details, and the closing team. Any piece not yet done sits gray and names the step that colors it in.
Fill in a worksheet inside a step. Come back in week nine and it's still there.
A short film of this is on its way.How it saves your work
Every field saves as you type, normalized on the server so the sale never holds junk. Facts the home already has (price, description, the basics) are written through once and never stored twice.
Your work is kept if the sale falls through. Starting again copies every worksheet into the new sale, so nobody retypes a listing because a buyer's financing failed.
How you use it
- Open a milestone from the map or the strip. Each step shows its worksheet under the guide.
- Type. Accept an offered fact with one press, or ignore it.
- Press "How to do this" when you want the full guide beside the work.
- Open your sale sheet from the seam to see the whole thing compiled.
What it won't do
It is not a free-form notebook. Notes live with the step they belong to, which is what makes them findable in week nine.
Research is looked up once per topic per sale and remembered, so a double press cannot spend it twice.
