Your agent handles the sale. Your Room keeps details together.

You still review papers, track deadlines, answer questions, compare numbers, and make decisions. Keighbor keeps that work together.

Organize my sale

Room setup is free. At listing, choose $89 through the offer or $189 through closing. It's $20 less in your Room's first 14 days. Your agent never needs an account.

Who does what.

Your agent handles representation. Your Room keeps your side organized.

Your agent

Runs the sale

Nothing in your Room replaces their work, their MLS or their brokerage.

  • Lists and markets your home
  • Shows it to buyers
  • Negotiates the offers
  • Represents you to closing
Your Room

Keeps your side

The papers, dates, messages, numbers, and decisions that still belong to you stay in one place.

  • Find your documents months later
  • Every deadline on one calendar, with a reminder before it
  • What happens next, in plain words, before you have to ask
  • What you would walk away with, at today's numbers
  • Your notes and your figures, private from everyone

Keighbor is not a real estate brokerage and does not represent you. Nobody here is your agent. We don't negotiate, set your price, recommend a course of action, or take a commission. We provide software that helps you organize your side of the sale.

Their own page. No account.

They add showings, key dates, updates and files from it, and every one of them becomes part of your own record. You can turn the link off whenever you like.

  1. You name your agent in your Room.
  2. They open their own page from a link. No account, no password.
  3. The showings, dates, updates, and files they add become part of your record.

Hi Dana.

An example sale, not anybody's. The agent is invented.

Your agent's work, in front of you.

Much of what an agent does happens where you can't see it. When they fill it in, it's in your Room with their name on it.

  1. How they worked out the priceThe homes they compared yours with, what they adjusted and why, what they looked at, and roughly how long it took. In their words, under their name.
  2. Their marketing planPhotos, the listing, open houses, posts and print, each marked planned, booked or done, with a link to see it. Your own sharing tools stay beside it.
  3. Showings, as they're bookedWhen the showing service your agent uses emails your Room, the visit lands on your calendar, moves when it moves, and comes off when it's cancelled.
  4. Everything they did, at the endTheir card keeps a list of what they sent and added. At closing it has their review links, if you'd like to say thanks.

What stays only yours.

Your agent never sees these. Nobody does, unless you send it.

  • Your sale's email
  • Your notes and worksheets
  • Your walk-away number
  • The agents you compared

Still choosing an agent?

Keep the agents you meet side by side, and send each one the same questions.

  • The same questions for every agent
  • Their answers, in their own words
  • No score, no ranking, no recommendation
  • No agent sees the others

What sellers with an agent ask.

Does Keighbor replace my real estate agent?

No. Your agent lists the home, markets it, negotiates, and represents you. Keighbor is your own place to follow the sale, keep papers and dates, and read general information about each step.

Does my agent have to use Keighbor?

No. Your agent does not need to install anything or change how they work. You can invite them to add papers, dates, showings, and updates from a page of their own. They see what you share and not your private notes or numbers.

What does my agent see?

Their own page shows your street, your first name and what they have sent you. Beyond that, they see what you send them. The agents you compared, your notes and your walk-away number are never shown to them. The whole table is here.

Does the price change if I have an agent?

No. The tool does the same job and costs the same either way: $89 or $189, once, for one sale. If your agent sent you the Room and you sign with them, they cover it.

Can I start before I've picked an agent?

Yes. Set up your Room, keep the agents you meet side by side with Compare Realtors, and name the one you pick when you've signed. They never see the comparison.

Can I turn my agent's page off?

Yes. One button in your Room turns their link off, and it stops working at once. Everything they already added stays with you.

Keep your side of the sale together.

Set up your Room in about two minutes. Add your agent now or later.

Organize my sale

Next, tell us your name, address, and where you are in the sale. It takes about two minutes and does not list your home or contact anyone.

Still deciding?

Ask your AI how Keighbor fits beside an agent, and what your agent would see.

Opens in a new tab, in your own account, with the question already typed. Keighbor doesn't see the conversation.
