Set up your Room, plan the sale, and use the free tools without a card. We ask for payment when your home is ready to list.
7 days to change your mind
Buy it, and if it isn't for you, tell us within 7 days. We refund it in full, and you keep your Room.
Paid once, for one sale
No subscription, no renewal, and no percentage of your sale. One purchase covers one home until it closes.
We never see your card
Stripe handles the payment. Your card number does not reach us, and no card is kept for later.

What is free, and when do I pay?
Your Room is free before you list, with no card. Use the pathway, guides, documents, photos, calculator, sale sheet, agent comparison, and sale email. When you list, choose $89 through the offer or $189 through closing.
Is there a discount for paying early?
Yes. Pay in your Room's first 14 days and either plan is $20 less: $69 or $169. Your Room shows the date it ends. The same 7-day refund applies.
Does my agent have to use Keighbor?
No. Your agent does not need to install anything or change how they work. You can invite them to add papers, dates, showings, and updates from a page of their own. They see what you share and not your private notes or numbers.
If I buy On the market ($89) and later want All the way ($189), do I pay $189 again?
No. You pay the $100 difference. What you already paid counts in full.
What happens to my Room if I don't pay when I list?
Your Room and saved work stay in place. You can keep using the free pathway, guides, and pre-listing work. The on-market features wait behind payment: showing availability and bookings, sale mail, document editing and signing, and your public page. Nothing you've already saved is deleted.
How long can I keep a free Room?
As long as you use it. We may remove a Room that has not been opened for 12 months. We email you first and give you time to open it or download your work.
If I never list, does it stay free?
Yes. The payment is tied to the listing milestone, so a Room that never reaches it is never charged. The same 12-month rule about untouched rooms is the only thing that ever applies to it.
If my listing expires, or my buyer walks away, does one purchase still cover the same attempt?
Yes. One purchase covers one home, sold by you, until it closes. If the listing expires and you list again, you are still in the same sale and nothing is charged again. If a buyer falls through and you archive the deal and start over, the new Room carries your purchase with it, along with your listing work. A different home is a different sale.
What if I change my mind after paying?
Tell us within 7 days and we refund it in full, no questions, and you keep everything in your Room. The one exception is a document already sent for legally binding signature, which cannot be undone.
