No. Keighbor is for anyone selling a home. If you have a listing agent, your Room is your own record of the sale and your agent gets a page of their own. If you're choosing an agent, you can compare them in it. If you're selling on your own, it holds that sale too. It isn't a listing site, and it doesn't replace an agent.

No. We don't list homes, represent buyers or sellers, negotiate, or take a commission. We make software and publish general guides.

Yes. Name your agent in your Room and they get their own page, with no account. From it they can add showings, key dates, updates and files, and what they add lands in your Room. You can turn their page off whenever you like.
