What is the gold button?

What it does.
At the top of your Room, a short line and the gold button show one available item. Keighbor checks in a fixed order: a booking request, mail that needs an answer, a showing in the next day and a half, availability you haven't set, the agent question if you're comparing agents, then the next available pathway step.
Press it and your checklist opens on that step, with one plain line, the one thing to press, and its written guide under "How to do this". Reading is not doing: a step is only ticked when you mark it done.
The button glows when a booking, message, or appointment has arrived. When it holds a pathway step, it stays gold without the glow.

It is the largest thing on the screen on purpose. On a phone it sits just under your address.
How you use it.
In order, from opening your Room.
- Open your Room. The line at the top says what is next; the gold coin under it says one word.
- Press the coin. Your checklist opens on the step.
- Do the thing, or read about it first. "How to do this" opens the full guide without leaving.
- Press the step's circle to mark it done. Press it again to undo.
How your work is kept.
Every step you tick is written to your path the moment you press it, and the Room redraws around it: the milestone moves on, the tracker along the bottom fills, and the button finds the next thing. If a step is waiting on somebody else, you can say so, and the Room stops asking for a day.
What it won't do.
Said plainly, because the limits are part of knowing what you are getting.
It never decides for you. It orders what needs you; you decide what to do about it.
It does not nag. Nothing pings, nothing counts down, and a parked step stays parked until you say otherwise.

What if I don't want to do the step it shows?
Open your path and pick something else, or say you are waiting on somebody. The button moves on to the next available thing, and what you set aside comes back when you say.
Does the button work before I've paid?
Yes. Planning and pre-listing work, including your whole path and every guide, is free and doesn't require a card. When you're ready to list, paying opens the on-market features, including showings, sale mail, and signing.
Can my agent see what the button shows me?
Your agent sees what you share with them in the Room. The button and what it opens are yours.
