How each person gets in.
How does my agent get in?
You name them, and they get a link to their own page. No account. That page shows your street, your first name and what they have sent you. They never see the agents you compared them against, your notes, your worksheets or your walk-away number. One button turns their page off.
How does the buyer's side get in?
They don't, in the sense of logging in. A buyer sees your public page, the visit they booked in the hours you opened, and a document you sent them to sign. Each of those is a link you chose to send, and each shows exactly one thing.
How does the title company or lender get in?
The same way: a document you sent, a link you sent, a signature you asked for. What they are given is what they see.
When can Keighbor staff see my data?
Nobody at Keighbor has a login into your room. If you write to us with a problem that needs us to look at your data, we tell you what we will look at first, do it from the database directly, and tell you when we are done. We do not open rooms to browse, to improve the product, or to train anything.
