The dark column shows your address, how long the sale has been active, and the search box.
Below it are four rows: Calendar, Documents, Emails and People. They open one panel with four tabs, so you can move between them without closing it. On a phone they sit behind the Calendar & mail door.
The card at the bottom says what you are working on. Once a closing date is on your calendar, it also shows how long is left. Press "Open checklist" to go straight to it.
