Someone may send you a document to sign through DocuSign, dotloop or a service like them. When it reaches your room's address, the room shows it as a signing, not ordinary mail.
It says who sent it, which service, and what we can see: where the email came from and where its link goes. We never open the link ourselves.
Press "Open it" to sign on the service's own site. When you come back, tell the room whether you signed. It asks again each visit until you have.
When everyone has signed, most services email the finished copy. It goes into your documents by itself, marked as signed and sealed. If it comes without the file, drop the file into your room.
Selling with someone? Each of you can have your own address, so a signing link sent to one of you reaches only that person. It's under Settings, This room.
The room says what it can see about an email. It can't tell you an email is real. If anything looks off, call the person who sent it on a number you already have.
In your Room, this is under “Open Emails”.
