Your price lives in the Price section of your sale sheet. Change it there and your home's page shows the new price.
Then tell the room: What happened? on your path, then "I changed the price". It records the new price and the day it changed, and it can add a step to update the price on the sites where your home is listed.
The sites themselves don't change on their own. Share your home shows the sites you marked as posted, so you can go back to each one.
Keighbor doesn't say whether or when to change your price. It keeps the record of what you decided.
