Part 1 of 4

Why a seller cares

If a manager runs your rental, their agreement usually has a termination clause and a fee on sale, and the buyer may want to keep them or not. Their records are what the buyer reviews.

Part 2 of 4

A simple example

Your manager takes 10% of rent and the agreement has a sixty-day termination clause. The buyer wants to self-manage, so notice goes out when the contract is signed.
