The companies we use.

No product this size runs its own data center. These are the companies that run parts of Keighbor, what each one does, and exactly what of yours reaches it.

Every company, and what it never gets.

“Trusted partners” is not an answer. A list with what each one receives is.

Supabase

Database, sign-in, and file storage

Runs all the time
Receives
Everything in your room: your account, your sale's records, your documents and photos. It is the room.
Never gets
Nothing is read by Supabase's staff in the ordinary course; it is infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit.

Vercel

Hosting the site and the room, and counting visits

Runs all the time
Receives
The pages you open, your browser and device type, roughly where you are, and how fast pages loaded. Cookieless.
Never gets
Anything typed into a tool, an address, a price, a name, or the contents of a room.

Resend

Sending our email, and receiving your sale's mail

Runs all the time
Receives
The emails we send you and the mail that arrives at your sale's own address, so it can land in your room.
Never gets
Your personal inbox. Your sale's address is separate from it by design.

Stripe

Payments

Runs only when you press something
Receives
Your card details and the amount, on Stripe's own form. We are told that a payment succeeded, never the card number.

Anything about your sale beyond the plan you bought.

Firma

Electronic signatures

Runs only when you press something
Receives
The document you send for signature, the signers' names and email addresses, and the audit trail of who signed when.

"Look this up for me" research pulls

Runs only when you press something
Receives
Your property's address and the one question you pressed (schools, the parcel record, comparable sales). One pull per topic per sale.

Google (Places)

Finding your address as you type it

Runs only when you press something

Anything after you pick the address.
Where

Google (Sign-In)

The "Continue with Google" button

Runs all the time
Receives
On the log-in and setup pages, Google draws its own button, so Google can see that the page was opened. If you press it, Google sends us your name, your email address and your profile picture.
Never gets
Your room, your sale, or anything you do after you are signed in.
Where

Meta (Facebook Login)

The "Continue with Facebook" button

Adding a company to the product means adding it here in the same release. If you want to be told when this list changes, write to hello@keighbor.com and we will email you when it does.

Every company named, and you can still take it all back.

Knowing where your information goes matters less once you know one button gets everything back out.

Organize my sale

Next, tell us your name, address, and where you are in the sale. It takes about two minutes and does not list your home or contact anyone.

Still deciding?

Ask your AI which companies run parts of Keighbor, and what each one receives.

Opens in a new tab, in your own account, with the question already typed. Keighbor doesn't see the conversation.
