I'm already listed. Do I have to pay straight away?
Your Room and saved work stay in place. You can keep using the free pathway, guides, and pre-listing work. The on-market features wait behind payment: showing availability and bookings, sale mail, document editing and signing, and your public page. Nothing you've already saved is deleted.
I already have an agent. Does anything change for them?
No. Name them in your Room whenever you like, and they get their own page with no account. Until then nothing reaches them.
What if I pick the wrong part?
Nothing is lost. Any step can be ticked or unticked from your path, and the next step follows what is ticked.
